Step 1: Select the Certificate Type:
- Choose the specific certificate type (e.g., Original Degree) from the drop-down menu.

After selecting the certificate type, all relevant fields for verification will be displayed.
Note: Enter all information exactly as it appears on the student’s certificate to ensure accuracy in the verification process. In the second step, upload the certificate embedded with the Blockchain QR code.
Fill in the Student's Information:
- Name: Enter the student’s full name as shown on the certificate.
- Mobile Number: Enter the student’s contact number (If student has provided).
- Permanent Registration Number (PRN): Enter the student’s unique registration number.
- Program Name: Specify the name of the certificate to be verified.
- Month and Year Passed: Enter the month and year when the certificate was issued.
- Email ID: Enter the student’s email address (If student has provided).
- Class/Grade: Enter the student’s class or grade.
Provide Verifier’s Information:
- Name: Enter Verifier’s name.
- Email: Provide Verifier’s email address.

Mobile Number: Enter Verifier’s contact number.
Step 2: Document Upload
- Upload the Original Scanned Certificate: Verifier needs to upload the Digital format of Certificate in the "Upload Document" step of Verification process.

Proceed to the Next Step: Click on the "Next" button to continue to payment processing.
Step 3: Payment Processing
1. Initiate the Payment:
- Click on the "Pay Now" button to be directed to the payment page
- The payment summary will show the amount, payer's information, and verification fee.
2. Accept Terms and Conditions: Agree to the terms and conditions to continue.
3. Select a Payment Method: Choose your preferred payment option (e.g., credit card, bank transfer) and complete the transaction.
4. Payment Confirmation: Once the payment is successful, a confirmation message will be sent to your email, indicating that the payment has been received.
Step 4: Verification Summary

Review the Verification Summary: This final step provides an overview of the verification, including:
- Verifier’s Information: Details provided by verifier.
- Blockchain Information: Shows the blockchain data related to the certificate.

Student’s Certificate Details: Information about the student’s certificate.

Data Matching: The system will automatically compare the details entered by verifier with the blockchain records to verify the certificate validity. If the information matches, the certificate is confirmed as authentic.
