How do I Configure Certificate Type with Pre-Printed and Customer supplied?

Step 1: Log in to the Admin Account

  1. Open the Admin Portal.
  2. Enter your Admin username and password.

Click Login to access the Admin Dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to the Certificate Module

  1. Once logged in, navigate to the Certificate Module in the side navigation panel.

Click on the Certificate Module to open the configuration settings.

Step 3: Configure the Required Certificate Type

  1. In the Certificate Module, select Add New Certificate Type or choose an existing type for editing.

Enter the Certificate Type (e.g., Original Degree).

Step 4: Enable Blockchain QR Code Generation

  1. Locate the option Enable Blockchain QR Code Generation with Templates in the configuration settings.

Check the box to enable this feature.

Step 5: Enable Pre-Printed and Customer Supplied Templates

  1. Scroll down to find the Pre-Printed Template Settings section.
  2. Enable the Pre-Printed and Customer Supplied Checkboxes by selecting them.
  3. Set the QR-Code Position based on the template layout:
    • Specify the coordinates for QR-Code placement.
    • Ensure alignment with the template design.

Upload the Final Template for the certificate in PDF format.

  • Ensure templates are designed as per institutional requirements.
  • Include placeholders for dynamic fields like Name, Date, and QR codes.

Verify the QR-Code size and position before saving.

Step 6: Save and Finalize Configuration

  1. Review all the configured settings for accuracy.
  2. Click Create Configuration to finalize the setup.
  3. Test the template by generating sample certificates to verify:
    • Proper alignment.
    • Accurate QR-Code placement.
    • Correct data population.
