How do I Configure Certificate Type with Photo field?

Step 1: Log in to the Admin Account

  1. Open the Admin Portal.
  2. Enter your credentials (Admin username and password).

Click on Login to access the Admin dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to the Certificate Module

  1. Once logged in, navigate to the Certificate Module in the side navigation panel.

          Click on the Certificate Module to open the configuration settings.

Step 3: Configure the Required Certificate Type

  1. In the Certificate Module, select Add New Certificate Type or choose an existing type for editing.

         Enter the Certificate Name (e.g., SSC).

Step 4: Enable Blockchain QR Code Generation

  1. Locate the option Enable Blockchain QR Code Generation with Templates in the configuration settings.

Check the box to enable the feature.

Step 5: Enable Pre-Printed Templates

  1. Scroll down to find the Pre-Printed Template Settings section.
  2. Enable the Pre-Printed Checkbox by selecting it.
  3. Upload the prepared Pre-printed Template (PDF format).

Upload the corresponding Final Template for the certificate.

Note: Ensure that templates are designed as per institutional requirements and include placeholders for dynamic fields like Name, Date, Photo, and QR codes.

Add the Photo Field:

Ensure the photo field is added to the template for displaying the student’s image on the certificate.

Step 6: Save and Finalize Configuration

  1. Review all the configured settings.
  2. Click “Create” Configuration to finalize the setup.

Test the template by generating sample certificates to ensure proper alignment and data population.
