Step 1: Log in to the Admin Account
- Open the Admin Portal.
- Enter your credentials (Admin username and password).
Click on Login to access the Admin dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to the Certificates Module
- Once logged in, Navigate to the Certificates Module in the side navigation panel.
Step 3: Configure the Required Certificate Type
- In the Certificate Module, select Add New Certificate Type or choose an existing type for editing.
Enter the Certificate Type (e.g., Provisional Certificate).
Step 4: Enable Blockchain QR Code Generation
- Locate the option Enable Blockchain QR Code Generation with Templates in the configuration settings.
Check the box to enable the feature.
Step 5: Enable Pre-Printed Templates
- Scroll down to find the Pre-Printed Template Settings section.
- Enable the Pre- Printed Checkbox by selecting it.
- Upload the prepared Pre-printed Template (PDF format).
Upload the corresponding Final Template for the certificate.
Note: Ensure that templates are designed as per institutional requirements and include placeholders for dynamic fields like Name, Date, and QR codes.
Step 6: Save and Finalize Configuration
- Review all the configured settings.
- Click Create Configuration to finalize the setup.
Test the template by generating sample certificates to ensure proper alignment and data population.
